Parables of Jesus and Storytelling in the Modern Age
Join us in a day of study, reflection, and interactive activities that will strengthen your understanding of the message of the parables of Jesus. In this faith empowering retreat, you will explore ways to interpret the parables and make them meaningful for today. You will practice teaching as Jesus taught through storytelling. This retreat is perfect for educators, parents, and anyone who wants to intensify and deepen their knowledge of how and why Jesus taught through parables.

Six-Hour Faith Empowering Workshop - The Catholic Bible
This six-hour hands-on workshop will focus on getting to know you and your Bible better. We will explore the Bible, discuss the Old and the New Testaments, learn about the archaeology, history and geography of the Holy Land and its people. Along the way, we will meet many interesting characters. Focusing on the New Testament we will explore the ancient practice of praying and journaling the Scriptures. Time will be spent discussing how your family or students may more effectively use the Scriptures in their daily journey of faith.

This three-hour hands-on workshop will focus on getting to know your Bible better.
